FAQ

 1. Do we give cash refunds?

• Yes , we do.  Once we received the product in the same condition as you have received it.  And it is in 7 days after you have received it, we will refund your purchased price for the product.  We can however not refund the courier cost.

 2. Can I return the product?

• Yes, you can return the product in the same condition as you received it, with the price tag still attached, within 7 days from receiving it. You are however responsible for the courier costs to send it back.

 3.  How long does delivery takes?

• Delivery takes 3-5 working days. 

4.  Shipping costs.

• Shipping cost is standard R110 and calculated when checkout. 
• Shipping cost for heavy products is R220.

5.  Can I exchange my product?

• Yes, you can exchange the product for another size or another product. (On availability). If the price differ, you must pay the difference or we will refund you for it.

 

6.  How will I know which size to order?

• You can advice through our Size Chart on the bottom of the Home Page.
• You can measure yourself with a measuring tape around the biggest parts of your bust and hips.
• You can see the actual measurements of each garment in the description of each product.
