 1. Do we give cash refunds?

• No , sorry we do not give money back. 

 2. Can I return the product?

• Yes, you can return the product in the same condition as you received it, with the price tag still attached, within 7 days from receiving it. You are however responsible for the courier costs to send it back.

 3.  How long does delivery takes?

• Delivery takes 3-5 working days. 

4.  Shipping costs.

• Shipping cost is standard R110 and calculated when checkout. 
• Shipping cost for heavy products is R320.

5.  Can I exchange my product?

• Yes, you can exchange the product for another size or another product. (On availability). If the price differ, you must pay the difference.

6.  How will I know which size to order?

• You can advice through our Size Chart on the bottom of the Home Page.
• You can measure yourself with a measuring tape around the biggest parts of your bust and hips.
• You can see the actual measurements of each garment in the description of each product.
